Book Bucket List | 2016

Book Bucket List for 2016!

For anyone who has been around long enough, you’ll know I did a book bucket list for 2015 (which you can check out here if you haven’t). You’ll notice how I failed miserably. I ended up only finished 2 series and getting halfway through another, which was 12 books in total out of the 58 books on my list. Granted 58 is a lot of books, I didn’t think I’d get to all of them, but I was hoping I’d get through at least a third of them.

Trying not to put myself down at the start of the year already. One of my New Year’s resolutions is to calm down and stress myself out less. That’s why my reading challenge goal this year is a smaller number and 100 like I originally planned.

But anyway, here is my Book Bucket List for 2016! You’ll see some repeats from last year, but there are also some new ones too! Feel free to leave your Book Bucket List down in the comments! ❤

Book Bucket List | 2015

I have so many books that I need to read and so many fandoms I need to jump into, it’s sad really. I’m hoping 2015 is going to be the year where I finally catch up on all the books and series that I’m missing out on. There are so many books out in the world that I want to read and there are so many more that are constantly being published. I’ll never “catch up” but I do want to decrease the lead, which probably might never happen. But like I said, I’m hoping. Here’s a list of 15 series, in no particular order, that I really want to read/start this year. It’s not all the series I still need to catch up on, but it’s definitely a lot of them.

The hot alien living next door marks me.
You heard me. Alien. Turns out Daemon and his sister have a galaxy of enemies wanting to steal their abilities, and Daemon’s touch has me lit up like the Vegas Strip. The only way I’m getting out of this alive is by sticking close to Daemon until my alien mojo fades.

She sends Percy to Camp Half Blood, a summer camp for demigods (on Long Island), where he learns that the father he never knew is Poseidon, God of the Sea. Soon a mystery unfolds and together with his friends — one a satyr and the other the demigod daughter of Athena — Percy sets out on a quest across the United States to reach the gates of the Underworld (located in a recording studio in Hollywood) and prevent a catastrophic war between the gods.

Those are some of the series I’m really hoping to finish this year. And before anyone says it, no I have not read Percy Jackson yet, please don’t kill me! I read The Lightning Thief back in 4th grade, but I never bothered to pick up the other books and I honestly have no clue why. I really regret that now. Anyways, I hope you liked my list! Are there any series out there that you haven’t read and that you feel like everyone has? Comment below! Because odds are I probably haven’t read that either. We can be ashamed together. Bye! Happy reading everyone!
